Timothy Keogh, PhD
President
Is an Adj A /Professor (University of Sydney), a psychoanalyst, and a couple therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. He is Co-Chair for Asia-Pacific of the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) Couple and Family Psychoanalysis Committee (COFAP) a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Couples and Family Psychoanalysis and has himself authored and edited a number of books and articles on couples therapy and is frequently invited to lecture internationally. He is also a former Executive Director of a variety of NSW statewide programs in the public sector.
Cynthia Gregory-Roberts, BA Dip. Soc. Stud.

Is an accredited mental health social worker and individual, couple and family psychoanalytic psychotherapist in private practice. She has worked in the field of child and family mental health as a clinical social worker for over 45 years and has extensive experience as a teacher and supervisor of general practitioners and mental health professionals. Cynthia has served as the English Secretary of the International Association of Couple and Family Psychoanalysis and has co-authored a number of journal articles and chapters on couple and family therapy.
Sandra Di Bella, BA LLB LLM (Hons)
Secretary
Is a lawyer with over 40 years of experience in the corporate, commercial, and not-for-profit sector. She was formerly a partner with Deacons (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and was the part-time, in-house legal adviser to the Art Gallery of NSW for 20 years until late 2022. Sandra significantly worked on the gallery expansion project known as Sydney Modern from 2013-2022. She also sits on the Board of a USA-based not-for-profit organization involved in student exchange, youth education and training programs. Sandra assists Penthos with legal and compliance issues.
Thomas T Murphy, MBA
Treasurer
Is a consultant who specialises in asset management for family offices and foundations. In 2008 he co-founded Family Office Research and Management PTY Ltd: a personalised wealth management firm based in Australia, which merged with Escala Partners in 2016. Tom has held various institutional research and funds management roles within the Australian financial services industry for more than thirty years and Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Commonwealth Bank Funds Management and J.P. Morgan.
Jan McDonnell

Janice (Jan) McDonnell is a Consumer Representative on several committees for the Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) and is currently the secretary of the Alexandria Erskineville Women’s Bowling Club, a position she has held for over a decade. Prior to retirement she worked in Finance for numerous individuals and organisations including J P Morgan, Barclays and the merchant bank of Westpac, Bill Acceptance. She hopes to bring a non- clinical perspective to the work and goals of Penthos Inc.
Ed Brooke

Ed Brooke is an investment advisor who has held portfolio management and investment research roles both domestically and overseas for 19 years, most recently with Family Office Research & Management Pty Ltd (FORM) which merged with Escala Partners Ltd in January 2017. During his five years at FORM, he was responsible for actively managing domestic and offshore bond portfolios as well conducting fund manager research as part of the product approval committee. Prior to FORM, he spent six years in London with an investment consultancy firm providing investment advice and portfolio management services to charities, Foundations, family offices and high net worth clients. Ed has a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydney University and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment.
Kristina Zarkos

With over 24 years as a Registered Nurse working in the NSW Health Public Health System, Kristina previously worked as the Director of Nursing and Midwifery services and was responsible for overseeing the professional leadership of 2000 nurses and midwives, and support staff.
Kristina holds a nursing degree, a Master of Nursing (critical care), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). As an experienced health leader, Kristina has worked in a variety of management roles including Director of Patient Safety & Quality unit and Operational Nurse Manager.
In October 2020, Kristina was appointed as the Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Redevelopment Manager to oversee the project transformation of the hospital and work closely with Sydney Local Health District Executive, NSW Health Infrastructure plus hospital and community stakeholders.
